Processing times
Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days.

Personalized/engraved items: 5–10 business days. Custom work includes communication and proof approvals, which may extend timelines. Delays in approving proofs will delay shipment.

Shipping methods and transit
We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The carrier and service are chosen based on speed, reliability, and destination. Typical transit times (within the U.S.): 2–7 business days depending on service selected at checkout. Transit estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Any promotional free‑shipping offers apply to the lowest‑cost ground service unless otherwise stated.

Order tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Combined shipments
Orders containing both ready‑made and personalized items will ship together when the personalized items are complete, unless you request split shipping (additional charges may apply).

Delays and force majeure
Carrier delays, weather events, and peak season volume are outside our control. We’ll do our best to assist, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it cannot be located, contact us within 7 days.

If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos so we can file a claim and make it right.

Preorders and backorders
Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve your item.

Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once production has begun on personalized items, changes may incur a fee and cancellations may not be possible.
